Travel Themed Notebooks.

I went to 168 Mall today with my mom, my aunts and my best friend for the first time to buy some abacca bags for my sister’s 18th birthday giveaways. I was really excited to go to 168 because of the travel notebooks/journals! I buy mine online and they’re a bit pricey already because of the interest. Here are some of the travel themed notebooks I got for myself and for my sister:

I was in awe when I saw so many travel themed notebooks. It was like heaven! Seriously! I just love these travel themed notebooks. I really can’t believe that I got these notebooks and this scheduler for only Php 70 each!  I saw those notebooks online for Php 120 and the scheduler for Php 200. I’m so glad I didn’t buy them online. I was really giddy and hyper while I was picking out these notebooks. I really wanted to buy more but I had to control myself. I’m planning on going back there on the first week April. I’d like these notebooks to be my college notebooks. The size is perfect.

I got these for only Php 60 each! I was really surprised. I’ve never been to 168 and I really couldn’t believe that they sell these notebooks for such a low price. I believe these can cost up to Php 150 online. The one on the left is for my sister.

The one on the left is a scrapbook while the one on the right is a hardbound journal. They’re only Php 180! *u* I think I should consider buying a roll or two of Hey Kessy washi tapes anytime soon for this pretty scrapbook.

I saw similar rabbit with fur tail cases online for Php 350 each. These two cases are only Php 150 each! Again, I was really surprised when the saleslady said they’re only Php 150. I. cannot. believe. it. I kinda hate the blue fur tail. It’s not as furry as the black one :|.

This vanity set is only Php 400. Same with the lip shaped couches. Some of those couches are actually worth Php 480 in Landmark TriNoma. I was really happy when I saw this. It’s not only a vanity set for my dollies; it’s also a jewelry box for me! :D

I’m really, really glad we went to 168. I should go there more often and buy more travel journals and doll couches!

Harajuku Lovers G.

Like what I said on my previous post, it was my lucky day yesterday. Not only did I get the perfect pumps for 25% off, I also got this Harajuku Lovers G perfume for Buy 1 Take 1! The salesman said the last day of that promo is today. I’m so glad I got to buy a day before the promo ends!

Here’s a brief description of Harajuku Lovers:

Gwen Stefani, a pop star and trendsetter, created Harajuku Lovers as a tribute to the fashion crazed Japanese girls living in the Harajuku section of Tokyo. Each scent represents a different style and personality. G is modeled after Stefani and is the leader of the Harajuku scent pack. G is an oriental/ fruity/ gourmand with notes of fresh coconut, jasmine, and cotton woods.

Look at the cute packaging!

It’s not only cute, it also smells really good and it can last for hours! The salesman sprayed the tester on me before I left the department store. Even when I already got home, I can still smell it.

The Perfect Pumps.

I’ve been trying to search for the perfect black pumps for years now. Every time I see one, there’s always something wrong about it. It’s either the heels are too high or it’s too pointy or they don’t have it on my size and so on. But finally, yesterday, I found it. It took me years but it’s all worth it!

And the best part is, I got these black pumps from Steve Madden for 25% off! It was my lucky day yesterday! :D

Day at the Mall.

I went to TriNoma today with my family. School starts tomorrow and the best way for me to forget about that horrible fact is shopping. And my sister’s going back to Davao tomorrow so shopping really is a must. I bought a couple of things like:

The Slytherin and Death Eaters shirt I’ve always wanted from The Perfect White Shirt,

Black and metallic silver ballet flats from Sole Sister (Analog Soul branch),

This cute Barbie handbag (for teens!) that I’ll be using for school,

The Gossip Girl: Psycho Killer book. Forgive the crappy quality. I just used my phone for this one.I was actually looking for the Manga but Power Books didn’t have it >.< When I asked my sister to ask the customer service for it, it seems like they have no idea that GG has a manga. Poor service, Power Books. Unlike in Fully Booked, when you give them a title, they know perfectly where that book is or they would at least bother checking their computer of they have it.

I also got another Nancy Drew book. I really love this series! Again, please forgive the crappy quality. I also used my phone for taking this picture.

My favorite purchase would have to be this My First Disney Princess Mulan doll. It’s not like the usual dolls I collect but I couldn’t resist Mulan’s pretty face! I actually saw this about a week ago at SM North but I didn’t buy it. Now that I saw it again, I just had to! She’s the last Mulan they have. She was also the last Mulan at SM North. I bet she gets sold out easily because of her pretty face, unlike the other dolls’ weird faces.

I also bought some random stuff from Saizen. I love that place!

Cropped top and necklace from Forever 21, Bag from Parisian, Jeans from Candie’s and flats (not seen in the picture) from Forever 21.

I’ll end this post with a picture of  myself (and what I wore). I felt lazy and wanted to be extra comfy so I just wore this cropped top and jeans combo. Too bad my dad wasn’t able to take a full body picture.
